Sockets, Standard Depth, 6 Point
Metric & Multistandard Components Corp. supplies a variety of metric sockets and socket accessories. A socket is a hand tool ratchet attachment with an internal square drive at one end and a metric 6 point opening on the other that is used to turn a fastener when attached to a socket wrench or other similar driving device. Metric sockets use the same size square drives that are used on inch sockets and therefore can be used on the same exact socket wrenches.
Metric & Multistandard Components Corp. offers 6 point standard depth sockets in 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, and 3/4"drives that can accommodate metric fasteners with across flats dimensions from 4mm to 60mm.
6 Point Sockets are for use only on hexagon head fasteners and are of robust design to accommodate more demanding use.
MMCC 6 point metric sockets are made of chrome vanadium steel that is chrome plated.
