Metric & Multistandard Components Corp. stocks several different types of metric shafts and rods. Sometimes called tool steel, these bars are often cut and reworked to fulfill a specific requirement.
Drill Rod: Round Bars of chrome vanadium steel, water or oil hardenable
Shafting: Round Bars of carbon steel, stainless steel or brass
Hexagon Rod: Hexagon shaped bars of free cutting steel or brass
Square Rod: Square shaped bars of free cutting steel
Key Stock: Square and Rectangular shaped bars of carbon steel, stainless steel or brass
Flat Stock: Rectangular shaped bars of carbon steel
